We are currently still in an R&D phase, but we are ready to start the actual production of anode foil. LeydenJar Plant One will open in 2026.
Your mission
As HSSE engineer, you will be responsible for health, safety, security and environment for the locations of LeydenJar regarding operational incident handling, changes, non-conformities and regular reporting, in accordance with the legal requirements and permits.
The activities will also include RIE updating, compliance and improvement projects and change projects for the growth of LeydenJar, and other QHSSE activities. The various responsibilities are under your guidance, using, improving and controlling a new HSSE system. You will lead the roadmap towards future certification.
Your primary location will be Eindhoven, but you will also be supporting Leiden location. You are willing to travel on incidental base.
You report to the QHSSE manager and have an important central role in the QHSSE team and organization. You work especially closely together with the production team and the laboratory managers.
In this versatile role for lots of aspects, you will a chance to develop yourself by being leading and involved in the various projects of this quickly growing company.
