  • Process engineering - continuous improvement of process and production flows to get most efficient throughput, highest quality and utmost safety.
  • Lab operations - professionalize documentation and lab operations by ensuring up-to-date SOPs, maintenance schedules, stock management/forecasting, risk assessments etc.
  • Support and collaborate with battery engineers on execution of battery research & development projects
  • Support to the Anode Production in Eindhoven, and Quality Control / Quality Assurance department
  • Record and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for battery cell production
  • Optimal plan making and scheduling with technicians, engineers, and stakeholders.

Job requirements

About you:

  • You have a bachelor degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering or applied science or comparable education.

  • You possess affinity to large, high-tech machines and you are comfortable in taking responsibility to fix practical problems and finish the job on your own.
  • You are relentless in pursuing quality, but adaptable to changing circumstances because you understand that working in a scale-up means that many things happen and plans can change quickly when needed.
  • You communicate clearly and directly up and down the chain, bridging interests and concerns of stakeholders, signalling problems quickly, and finding solutions. You enjoy listening and talking to people and bring a smile to work. You are a morale-booster in the lab.
